• Input data of every import shipment (consolidation or direct) in Kewill Enterprise Forwarding (KEF) system.
• Notify consignees or their appointed forwarders of shipments' arrival via phone or email.
• Calculate the terminal and air freight charges for import shipment released to the consignees or their forwarders.
• Release import document (AWB, Invoice & Packing List) to the consignees or their forwarders.
• Collect payment of terminal and air freight charges from the consignees or their forwarders.
• Apply cheque advance/e-payment for payment of terminal and airfreight charges to the terminal or other forwarder.
• Manifest submission within 7 days of shipment arrival.
• Ensure correct type of import permit, accuracy, and compliance in Tradenet declaration.
• Issue delivery order, confirm delivery address, and arrange delivery with appointed contractor.
• Prepare invoice with KEF.
• Hand over the completed jobs to Account Section on time for monthly accounts closing.
• Compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.

Job Overview

This role will be in our HSSE Department in the office. It’s a role focusing and/or implementing responsibilities on HSSE matters at the corporate level such as the combination of reporting, inspection, coordinating, liaising, conducting monthly office HSSE committee meetings, and safety and environmental policy development.
