Overall Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate and deliver Bible training and engagement programmes/events.
2. Establish good partnership and relations with various stakeholders, including trainers, speakers, church leaders, participants and volunteers.
3. Support regional literacy initiatives in advocating and engagement in reading, understanding and learning from the Bible

Key areas of Responsibility:

1. Coordinate and ensure deliverables for day-to-day operations of Bible training and engagement programmes/events.
2. Provide administrative support for the Bible training and engagement programmes/event and regional literacy initiatives.
3. Support and collaborate within team and inter-departmentally in the process of planning and execution of programmes/events.
4. Work closely with trainers/speakers in the running of courses, workshops, seminars and lectures to meet the need for Bible engagement of the wider church body.
5. Establish and cultivate good relationships with churches for department programmes/events, as well as liaise and support the running of these programmes/events for their congregation

Description:

• To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractors complies with the contract requirements and/or authorities’ requirements;

Requirement:

• The RTO-M&E shall have minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be on site in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in utility diversion works, services laying and testing commissioning
• RTO (M&E) shall be conversant in reading construction drawing and specifications. He must also possess abilities to keep good records of documents for future reference.
• The RTO (M&E) shall possess skills for understanding the whole works sequence, fully understand the impact, to supervise the site works effectively and highlight to the next level, to avoid abortive works.
• Due to the nature of services laying and diversion works, working hours may not be normal working hours or days. The RTO (M&E) is expected to be deployed for work, beyond and/or on non-normal working hours or days, to fulfill the works requirement.
• The RTO-M&E shall minimum possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent; he must also minimum possess WSH certification and ensure the works are carried out safely.

Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets and also part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) assisting Fire Emergencies.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Remain vigilant during duty post deployment and hotel patrol at all times and identify fire and security risks;
• Provide advice to staff and guests on security and safety issues;
• Liaise with external organisations including emergency services regarding security and safety issues;
• Log security incidents and accidents for guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel requirements;

• Ensure that the Fire Command Centre is never left unattended;
• Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points in order to lead and direct guest whenever possible;
• Attend to all alarms, medical & fire emergencies, and other similar matters;
• Evacuate premises and contact appropriate emergency services if required;
• In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan and be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment;
• Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire Hosereel, fire barriers, fire exit doors and all safety equipment to be in good working order;
• Comply with all the Hotel Policies and Procedures.

What we need from you

• Must possess PLRD license with relevant employment grading;
• Physically fit and active, able to work shifts, weekends, and/or holidays;
• Minimum tertiary education with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, in the hotel industry;

Purpose of the Role

The Campaign Director is a senior strategic and creative client-facing position providing leadership to a team of account executives and account managers. II. Overview of Function

The mission of the Philanthropy team is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (SEA-based) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission. The team works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to assist in the implementation of WWF-Singapore’s philanthropy strategy.

The Philanthropy Officer is expected to raise substantial funds from granting organizations including trusts, foundations and government agencies, mid-value and major donors, as well as build effective relationships with various stakeholders. The role is also responsible for the effective stewardship of current donors and supporters. This involves overseeing the stewardship activities to retain and cultivate ongoing relationships. Working collaboratively with the Head of Philanthropy, the Philanthropy Offer conducts research on potential prospects, analyses and manages the database of donors and prospects, provides bespoke support for donors and organises bespoke events,trips and activities.

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Major Gifts Development (30%)

● Work with the Head of Philanthropy to develop and execute an annual FR strategy to solicit individual gifts and raise funds from foundations, major donors and other grantmaking organisations

● Work with the Head of Philanthropy to design effective budget models and be accountable for achievement of income targets; ensure project implementation and expenditure of funds is achieved within contractual milestones

● Effectively manage the donor cycle by developing and managing donor list and prospect pipeline, reporting, developing engagement and grant application plans, and capturing all activity within the CRM system

● Research and write grants; provide timely reporting and ensure compliance as required with grant awards

Stewardship (30%)

● Works closely with the Head of Philanthropy and the Stewardship Manager to develop an effective plan for engagement and donorstewardship activities. Examples include regular check in with donors, sharing relevant news and updates on programmes, editing impact reports, and other activities as required to increase their affinity to WWF and grow their support

● Designs and produces engaging and inspiring communication strategies and materials for major donors to communicate the progress and impact of programmes; using existing materials where possible and aligning communications with the wider Partnerships team.

● Liaise with relevant teams (e.g. country field teams, WWF-SG conservation, finance) to collate information, fact check and seek clarification to ensure the info provided is accurate and up-to-date. Requires coordination and excellent working relationships within WWF Singapore and across APAC conservation teams

● Designs and manages bespoke, segmented and mass digital communications to UHNWls, VIPs, board members, including newsletters, event invitations and registrations via Active Campaign, EventBrite or similar software

● Designs, drafts and edits philanthropy communications documents and digital presentations, including selection and inclusion of infographics, images, videos and photos to compellingly communicate to sophisticated external audiences

Due Diligence and Research (15%)

● Works with the Head of Philanthropy to fulfill requirements of internal due diligence processes including software and database management

● Coordinates with key stakeholders in different departments to ensure all due diligence and compliance requirements are met

● Conducts prospective major donor, trusts and foundations, multilateral grants and board of directors research including profiling and preparing of bios

● Assists in research and preparation of briefing documents for HNWIs, VIPs, the government, and other stakeholders

Data Management and Administrative Support (15%)

● Ensures the integrity of the donor database / CRM, and generates associated reports, such as the HNWI prospect pipeline, philanthropy income and major donor projects. Requires collaboration with Finance and CRM teams

● Maintain an accurate database of contacts on Active Campaign for mass/segmented communications.

IV. Profile:

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with excellent results. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

● At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in advisory, business development, philanthropy or environmental communications, project management, and / or fundraising, with proven success.

○ Proven track record in high-value target achievement in either trusts and foundations, public sector, major donor or corporate fundraising. Experience with proposals and grant applications a plus.Outstanding verbal and written English expression, including an ability to craft language and tone for impact reports, newsletters, thank-you letters and other correspondence, with attention to detail and correct grammar. SCOPE

• Develop & improve market & liquidity risk policies and procedures
• Ensure the bank’s risk management policies are compliance with the statutory guidelines
• Prepare risk control & assessment reports for the management
• Prepare & monitor risk limits/exposure
• Assist in implementation of process and procedures to improve risk functions

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of risk management experience
• Working knowledge in Marke /Liquidity Risk
• Good understanding of MAS regulations related to bank’s risk management
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good analytical skills
• Bilingual in spoken & written English & Mandarin (review document with China Head Office)
