Job Responsibilities

Training Administration

• Manage the day-to-day training administration matters, including but not limited to registrations, booking of venues (for in-house training), booking of hotels and air tickets (for overseas training) and administering payments.
• Track employee training participation and maintain updated training records in the HR system.
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, logistics and feedback forms. Manage post-training evaluation, compile training reports and statistics.

Other Administrative Duties

As the Family Support Officer, you will be responsible to implement initiatives to strengthen attendance and social support for children and their families. This includes monitoring and analysing attendance records and other data to identify those requiring more support, engaging and building strong rapport with the parents, and working closely with them to identify and overcome barriers to improving attendance.
