Requiements

• Minimum Diploma in Property, Facilities or Estate Management
• Min 2-3 years of experience in maintaining /managing residential /commercial/ industrial buildings
• Knowledge of BMSMA

What will you be doing?

• Define and refine the collections strategy, continuously initiate strategies in optimising debt collection and credit management activities to control delinquency and minimise credit losses.
• Responsible for all collection management activities such as telephone calls, emails, initiation of site visits and other necessary actions.
• Monitoring of loan accounts, follow up on payments, liaising with borrowers with any queries and apply negotiation strategies to ensure successful recovery of overdue payments.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to establish efficient collection processes and workflows by keeping up with industry best practices.
• Manage delinquent accounts, analyse and evaluate them to recommend appropriate courses of action, including liaising with external debt recovery service providers.
• Provide updates on all account status and collection efforts to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in collections – You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience either in banks or financial institutions as a collections officer. Having a good understanding of the collections process for retail and/or SMEs and working knowledge of legal recovery methods.
• Skilled in negotiation – You possess the ability to negotiate and persuade borrowers to make all payments required and ensure successful debt collection.
• Effective communicator – You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate to Management and all other stakeholders

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Research Officer to support ongoing research into cancer antigen processing and presentation. Project involves supporting the team on biochemistry and immunology experiments, as well as simple bioinformatics.

At EDDC, our goal is to discover and develop novel therapeutics by working collaboratively with public sector and industry partners. EDDC now has an opening and is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled IFP Fellow in our Antibody Design group at EDDC. This is an eighteen-month on-the-job training programme that involves participation in and supporting inter-disciplinary and collaborative drug discovery projects. The successful candidate will be responsible to help enhance our antibody platform technologies. The position will provide an exciting opportunity to thrive at the intersection of technology and biology.

Responsibilities:

• Independently design and engineer innovative antibodies for therapeutic and technology-development applications
• Perform biochemical, biophysical, and functional characterization of antibodies with different modalities and specificity
• Collaborate with scientists from various therapeutic areas to ensure timely progress in research projects
• Analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating a good understanding of its implications in the context of drug discovery

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in molecular biology including design, expression, purification, biochemical/biophysical characterization of proteins
• Desirable experience in employing in silico approaches for antibody engineering
• Experience in flow cytometry-based and immune cell function assays
• Understanding of protein and/or antibody structure-function relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, deliver results within timelines
• Good written and oral communication skills, with meticulous record-keeping
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in antibody technology and immunology-related research is a plus
