Job Description

The Billing & Accounts officer has the responsibility for managing day to day accounts related activity and more importantly putting in a process to manage customer billing to ensure timely billing and collections. The candidate should have some experience in managing billing for SAAS solutions and lease subscriptions. The position provides the candidate a great opportunity to develop qualitative and quantitative research skills and work with international experts in public health policy, mental wellbeing, and maternal health. The job holder will be an integral part of a research project which examines the role of time use in the mental wellbeing of women with young children in Singapore. Responsibilities will include: literature review, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data analysis, and preparation of scientific papers. Your Role:

A*STAR ID Labs aims to develop a cohesive A*STAR response to drive and deliver translational infectious diseases research to better health and economic outcomes.

The laboratory of Antimicrobial Resistance and Drug Development in A*STAR ID Labs is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join us as a Research Officer. Our lab is interested in developing new screening assays for drug discovery and early-stage antimicrobial drug development. Lab has extensive experience working with various pathogens (bacteria, virus and parasites).

The job responsibilities include:

• Bacterial and viral assay development and assay optimization
• Compound screening
• Target deconvolution (understanding mechanisms of action and resistance of selected compounds)
• Design and conduct experiments including data collection and analysis
• Summarize and present the data in lab meetings
• Develop new research techniques and approaches
• Collaborative spirit with internal and external collaborators
• Perform maintenance of inventory and procurement of laboratory consumables

Job Requirements:

Develop, write and contribute content for media, corporate activities, corporate publications, financial presentations and tenant communications

Provide and update content on online platforms

Plan, execute and provide logistic support for events and activities relating to corporate and community relations activities

Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Assist with other administrative assignments such as liaison with teams on administrative, publicity, IT or other matters

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma preferably in mass communications, public relations, journalism or business

At least a 2-year experience in corporate communications

Must be meticulous and have good organisation and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with online web tools for designing will be a plus
