Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8–10 years of leadership experience in the EV charging industry, energy solutions, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Senior Credit Officer responsible for reviewing, recommending, and approving (a) complex/structured transactions across leveraged finance, project finance, real estate, sponsor financing, equity loans and (b) Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions transactions across Derivatives, Trade Finance and Lending products.

Your skills and experience:

• Banking experience focused on both (i) Structured finance (leveraged finance, project finance, real estate, sponsor financing, equity loan) with understanding of structuring terms, loan documentation and enforcement in multiple jurisdictions. The role covers large ticket transaction requests that combine loan origination, structuring, syndication and hold to high yield counterparties. Job Purpose

Compliance

· To assist Head of Compliance to manage a robust Compliance function in line with the Group Compliance Policy which provides assurance to the Board and senior management.
