Overview

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end FA reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews. This includes reviewing of the asset count, performing FA reconciliation and investigating discrepancies (i.e. add, retire or rectify erroneous transactions reported by users via service requests or identified when reviewing expenditure)
• Review development expenditure to assess correct treatment of expenditures for asset capitalisation, before capitalising the assets.
• Maintain standards of excellence for FA processes by facilitating the learning of HTDs through conducting trainings, providing guidance on FA matters (i.e. ensure FA related SOPs are adhered to) and implementing process changes to strengthen governance and control.
• Participate in automation initiatives and process improvement projects (e.g. use of tools such as RPA bots or data analytics dashboards) to enhance work efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• Prior experience in Audit will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP will be an advantage

Key Objective

The Executive, Consumer Relations (CROs) of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) are the first point of contact for consumers who seek advice and/or redress for their contractual disputes with businesses. CROs require relevant skills and acumen to handle a wide variety of consumer to business disputes and to assist parties in negotiating an amicable settlement. Consumers may either lodge their disputes online or schedule an appointment to meet the CROs in person.

Core Responsibilities:

Consultation Service

• Review the complaints submitted by consumers, dealing directly with them over the telephone, email, through face to face and online channels.
• Review the contractual documents and provide advice to consumers on their contractual rights, and options to seek redress.

Dispute Resolution

• Handle the disputes, dealing directly with consumers and businesses over the telephone, email, through face to face and online channels.
• Gather, collate and organise relevant documentation.
• Seek to achieve an amicable resolution for both parties through negotiation and mediation sessions in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper filing and prompt closure of all complaints.

Other Roles

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned which may include: -
• Generation of statistics and reports.
• Review and analysis of complaint trends and figures.
• Coordination of mediation sessions.
• May be assigned to call centre duties.
• Support and participate in CASE projects and initiatives.
• Other projects and duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution. Law related courses will be an advantage.
• Possess strong communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills. Ability to speak more than one language is preferred.
• Possess strong writing skills.
• Possess sound judgement, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, well-organized and able to handle pressure effectively.
• Keen interest and/or experience in dispute resolution and fair business practices will be an advantage.
• Competence and experience in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot table) will be an advantage.

Responsible for assisting Paiza guests during their visit to Marina Bay Sands (MBS).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and delightful service to all Paiza guests and assist them with their needs and requests.
• Provide personalized service and strive to establish close rapport with Paiza guests.
• Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
• Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests.
• Explain and upsell programs (with the relevant terms and conditions) to potential Paiza players.
• Work closely with stakeholders (such as Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma in hospitality or related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service role preferred.

Other Prerequisites

• Customer-focused, excellent team player and possess good problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.

• Competent in Outlook and Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
