Responsibilities Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaise with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews maintenance of customer records and files. Ensure documentation is complete and that all approvals, facility and security documents are in place at all times. Follow up on submission of clients' financials for spreading and assist Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit application / review. Preparation of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions. Follow up on submission of periodic documents (e.g. insurance policies, valuation reports etc.) from clients or relevant parties, and assist Relationship Managers to address queries on such documents. Additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting Relationship Managers and team in sales and marketing. Requirement s Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment. Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multi task and work independently. You will be responsible for all collection management activities through negotiation and other appropriate actions and maintaining consistently high level of performance.

What you’ll be doing

•  Responsible for all collection management activities through telephone calls, emails, initiation of house visits and other appropriate actions
• To manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of call attempts, contacts and promise to pay by customers
• Apply negotiation strategies to ensure successful recovery of overdue outstanding
• Analyze and evaluate errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate course of action
• Update the collection system immediately on all collection activities undertaken for cases assigned
• Generation of reminders
• Any other duties as may be assigned by company’s management from time to time
