Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

Job description:

• Dealing with clients on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
• Keeping record for import & export documents (Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit Shipments)
• Receiving claims from clients and provide reception duties for incomings calls
• Dealing with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers
• Experience in import & export and customer services for freight forwarding industry

You are required to perform the duties of in which you are employed and your primary duties and responsibilities shall include (but are not limited to) the following:

Reporting Line: Senior Manager, Leasing & Tenant Relations

• Manage leases and tenancy documentation
• Liaise with tenants on documentation
• Assist the department in relation to documentation is in order and in the best interest of the company
• Assist in monitoring tenants’ compliance with the terms and conditions of tenancy agreement
• Sending e-circulars to tenants
• Compile and input tenants’ gross sales
• Update and maintain tenancy details in MRI integrated system
• Any other duties as may be designated by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holders in Property/Estate Management/Marketing/Business Administration
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
• Knowledge of tenancy related issues in shopping centres will be an added advantage
• Resourceful and fervent interests in the retail and be constantly updated on retail brands and trends
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to work independently

WORKING HOURS :

Staggered Working Hours, 8am to 5pm/ 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm/ 9.30am to 6.30pm

WFH Arrangement: 1 week once
