ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Senior Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and commercial success of WTT. This role is central to executing media rights strategies, expanding partnerships both globally and domestically, and supporting key strategic decisions for the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to maximize revenue, strengthen WTT's brand, and foster meaningful collaborations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Media Rights Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive media rights strategies targeting major international markets
• Negotiate and manage media rights agreements to maximize revenue and increase global exposure
• Collaborate with broadcasters and digital media platforms to ensure optimal distribution and fan engagement

Global & Domestic Partnerships:

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with global premier brands to enhance WTT’s brand positioning and reach
• Work with the partnerships team to design innovative partnership programs that drive revenue and mutual benefits
• Lead efforts to attract and secure domestic partners for key WTT events and initiatives

Strategic Support:

• Provide strategic commercial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and COO on growth opportunities and challenges
• Contribute to the development and execution of WTT’s overall commercial and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with key business objectives
• Support the development of long-term strategies to enhance the fan experience and global engagement with the sport

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within the sports or entertainment industry
• Proven track record in negotiating and securing media rights and/or commercial partnerships, ideally within an international setting
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance commercial opportunities with long-term brand growth
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing actionable insights for decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of: Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
• Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.
• Control and distribute complimentary car park tickets.
• Respond to various incidents during shift, ranging from security breaches to guestroom lock and ELsafe issues.
• Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to protect guests, colleagues and property.
• Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Prrform random bag check to all colleagues who exit the building.

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Manage customer complaints in professional manner

- Manage manpower deployment

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Any other related duties assigned by manager
