ISCE2 is looking for a highly motivated candidate with great interpersonal skills to join Lab and Facilities Division. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to ISCE2 by the following:

1. Upkeep and ensure good lab housekeeping for designated laboratories, sufficient supplies of common chemical and laboratory consumables (including procurement) etc.
2. Lab ambassadors to promote sustainable lab operations and greening of laboratories.
3. Ensure common equipment functionality and its operation within required limits by internal and external preventive maintenance.
4. Initiation and coordinate disposal of unwanted, obsolete chemicals and generated waste in designated laboratory.

Position: Credit Admin (Senior Officer/ Deputy Manager)

We are helping our client, a reputable Chinese bank to hire as above.

Responsibilities:

· Prepares and monitors all overdue credit review, credit rating

· Ensure proper and adequate documentation of credit files

· Prepare and ensure timely reporting for Head Office and regulator reports（such as MAS 610, BIS report, MAS 760 and Top 100 borrowers survey）

· Ensure adequacy of limits and adherence to policies before disbursement

· Performs monitoring of collaterals before disbursement

· Perform biannual review of physical collaterals

· Daily monitoring of mismatch collateral values and highlighting to various stakeholders

· Manage Call Reports sent by Relationship Manager

· Monitoring of undertakings and rating validity

· Processing asset classification in NGS and preparing asset classification reports for internal stakeholders.

· Reviewing and processing low-risk transactions in the system.

· Organize the Risk management Committee meeting and prepare the Minutes.

· To handle any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement

· Bachelor or higher qualification, with at least 5 years of working experience in credit administration

· Experienced in MAS 610 reporting, managing drawdown, rollover and collateral management.

· Experienced in credit risk management and well- versed in the requirements for loan drawdown review

· Strong in compliance, regulatory adherence and credit process management

· Proficient in the data processing and writing minutes

· Meticulous, versatile and good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken & writing) to liaise with Head Office colleagues.

The Job:

• Handle daily operation and maintaining of facilities within Bowling Centre
• Handle Cashier Counter during operation and reconcile daily payment balance
• Maintain relationship with the Club’s Members, guests and members of public by providing good customer service
• Ensure compliance to established rules of the game during bowling league / competitions
• Update and maintain bowlers’ records & results e.g. handicaps, league results, competition results and championship results
• Assist Supervisor in checking and maintaining stock, equipment, stationery at sufficient level for daily operation
• Handle enquiries/bookings/organizing/billing for Corporate events & submit monthly report

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

• 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
• Rotating shifts: 9:00am to 6:15pm / 10:45am to 8:00pm / 1:45pm to 11:00pm / 4:00pm to 1:15am
