• Full cycle of recruitment- Create job ads, shortlist, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and work pass application and onboarding.
• Cessation of staff - offboarding and cessation process.
• Assist in monthly processing of salary.

The Job

• Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
• Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
• Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
• Check, report and follow-up on any maintenance issues required in the branch you are in-charge of.
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Customer Service:

· Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate product/service information.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma in Business, accouting or a related field

· Proven experience in customer service and accounting roles is preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

· Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Assist with robotic programming automation for staff access card programming.
• Manage the Access Card Service Desk duties
• Provide support for access card issuance and returns during operating hours.
• Handle service requests and workflows related to access pass issuance and returns.
• Maintain records and audit trails, tracking all access pass issuances and returns.
• Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Familiar with UiPath, C#, and other relevant is a plus
