About The Role:

• A strong understanding of the local media landscape (traditional and new age), cultural nuances, and communication trends
• Developing and implementing integrated communications strategies tailored to the APAC region (Singapore market understanding is critical)

Overall responsibilities

As part of the General Secretary’s Office, provide broad spectrum support to the General Secretary/CEO and the Bible Society as a whole. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Programme Optimization: Personalized Programme Recommendations: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their current health status and satisfaction with existing programme, recommending upgrades that align better with their health goals.

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.

2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.

3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.
