Location: East

Responsibilities:

• Handle all export queries
• Liaise with shipper for collection arrangement and other exportmatters
• Liaise with sales and destination office for air approval and rates establishment
• Liaise with finance team, for shipment with COD payment or customer accounts that exceeded the credit limit.
• Liaise with Vendor to organize collection.
• Liaise with the Air freight planner for flight schedule
• Liaise with import team for re-export shpt.
• Liaise with the permit department for all export permits application.
• Liaise with the warehouse team for cargo acceptance, release, cargo sorting, packing or any storage request etc.
• Liaise with external vendor for DG packing, crating job, fumigation, etc.
• Liaise with export operation team to provide shipping instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience in Air Freight
• Possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills
• Willing to take on challenges
• Resourceful, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:
- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player
- Organized and Good Administrative Skills
- Responsible and Strong Work Ethic
- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills
- Polite, Patient and Good Customer Services Skills
- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year
- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:
- Competitive salary structured towards helping employees grow with the company
- $2,700-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)
- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month
- Attractive monthly team incentives from $200-$800/Month
- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 5-10% Increase)

Working Hours:
- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekends
- 9.00am - 6.30pm
