• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
• Assist guests with special requests and dietary requirements.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen and service staff.
• Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Restaurant Manager or appropriate department
• Coordinate special services, such as birthday celebrations, anniversaries, or other events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using reservation and restaurant management software like Revel POS, etc.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties

· Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts

· Prepare sales quotations and presentations to customers and prospects

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to build up loyalty

· Provide timeliness before and after-sales support to customers

· Compliance to administrative requirements on account management

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· Diploma in any discipline
