Job Summary

The Test Development Engineer will design, develop an automated test system and test programs for test automation. This will involve designing electronic circuits, writing test software, and integrating test hardware to attain full test automation. This person will commission the test system and integrate it into the machine handling automation system.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement test application systems to support the test automation designs.
2. Develop TEST software, TEST system, and TEST Probing system.
3. A hands-on approach to system integration and hardware configuration.
4. Install and commission test programs and systems.
5. Conduct training and provide test system documentation.
6. Meet the departmental cost, schedule, quality, and engineering objectives.
7. Keep track of product performance, improvement, and cost reductions.

Job Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the field of test engineering.
• Proficient in LabView or C# programming skills or both.
• Good knowledge of Electronics Circuit.
• A good understanding of test instrumentation is required.
• Laser and optical testing knowledge is an added advantage.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be taking care of Azure Identity Service (AIS) operation services as part of enhancement to Government Identity Service (GIS). This includes supporting of Azure/GCP cloud ID and roles management, AAD group management, Enterprise Application onboarding into GCC, Service Principal Account for Cloud Admin in GCC and GCC users for Azure/GCP Cloud Domain registration and Azure license assignment in GCC. You will be responsible of Service Request Automation Track; Cloud Infra design, Cloud Implementation and Automation development (coding/scripting).

What will you do?

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure
• Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations
• Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, ARM templates, Terraform, Powershell etc with proper documentation
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in providing technical expertise in cloud operations and administrations
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like Azure Migrate with more than 50 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment
• Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the cloud space
• Ability to manage issues with proper resolution/documentation and SLAs is required for this role
• Support, configuring, test and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure components like Azure, System, networking, Azure sentinel security services
• Monitoring Azure cloud management and data storage services
• Update documentation after deployment changes

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Typically 4-8 years of Azure cloud experience with success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud Environment
• Ability to use Terraform code to provision and manage resources in Azure
• Ability to Identify and defining a new process and/or system improvement opportunities
• Azure Administrator (or above) or any Azure speciality certification will be advantageous
• Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
• Provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure
• Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred

As a Senior/ Cloud Engineer, you will be working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The Cloud Engineer should have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. You should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.

Underground/tunnelling supervision experience will be an advantage. Registered Resident Engineer by IES/ACES.
