Job Descriptions:

• Collaborates with the commercial/business development team to develop innovative and competitive technical solutions for bidding projects.
• Prepares detailed technical method statements, drawings, and integrated service and equipment solutions to meet project requirements.
• Reviews and understands bidding employer’s requirement documents, project specifications, and process data.
• Translates employer requirements into effective contractor solutions that align with project goals.
• Monitors market trends to ensure tender documents remain competitive and relevant, making necessary adjustments.
• Implements improvements in the tender process to enhance the company’s market position and competitiveness.
• Works closely with various department stakeholders to gather necessary information for bidding proposals.
• Consolidates and integrates collected information into comprehensive bid proposals.
• Conducts internal reporting of tender solutions to secure management approval for bid submissions.
• Provides timely and accurate updates on bid progress to the tender manager.
• Supports the tender manager in developing commercial bid solutions and engaging with the market as required.
• Support engineering budget (estimation) and cost control.
• Participates in market visits to assess and incorporate subcontractor solutions into the company’s proposals.
• Evaluates subcontractor technical solutions to ensure alignment with project requirements and company standards.
• Integrates subcontractor solutions into the company’s bid proposals effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience and knowledge in offshore wind projects is highly desirable and will be given preference.
• Proven experience in technical solution development, preferably within a commercial/business development context.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes, tender documentation, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Job Description

• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the arrangement of work
• Prepare the specification and data sheet as per codes / standards, project, and client’s requirement,
• Responsible of the submission and approval of materials in compliance to the specification;
• Responsible monitoring of work progress on site
• Co-ordinate the inspection work on site and installation works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and being a team player.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
