This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of low voltage switchboard panels, including insulation resistance tests, contact resistance tests, high voltage tests and function tests.
• Perform inspections and audits of electromechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working condition.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and procedures.
• Train production staff on quality control processes and provide guidance on quality-related matters.
• Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in testing methodologies.
• Ensure the quality of products meets the required standards and specifications.
• Support onsite testing, FAT, SAT and troubleshooting activities, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing low voltage switchboard panels or similar electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing procedures and standards (e.g., IEC 61439).
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in electrical testing or quality control.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Stamping die set design according to product specification & requirement
• Carry process layout discussion & confirmation with R&D & production team
• Perform 3D CAD construction for complex shapes Profile Punch & Die
• Work as a team & perform tool testing with tester to achieve tooling FA timely
• Carry out further tool improvement during initial production period to stabilize tool condition

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / ITE in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in metal Stamping Designing is needed
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AutoCAD or others CAD applications
• Be able to work independently & work under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Project Manager to oversee, coordinate & execute assigned projects. And ensure projects complete and deliver it on scope, on schedule & on quality.
• Perform project schedule, planning, material requisition, cost monitoring and documentation submission & control.
• Coordinate with the internal design team & external customers on project document & drawings submission, amendments, re-submission & approval.
• Update & backup project documentation, drawings, reports & procedures (SOP, WI, Lesson Learned, etc.)
• Participate projects progress meeting and update weekly status, monitor contracts completion and submit weekly reports to PM & customers.
• Work closely with internal team (production, logistic, QC, service etc.) on project schedule and deliveries, FAT, SAT, and modification work.
• Co-ordinate with principals and customers to support technical matters of products manufacturing in factory, and systems installation on site.
• Attend site meetings, site surveys and switch room measurement etc. site activities.
• Liaise with customers on factory inspection, deliveries, installation and on-site testing.
• Work together with PM & team members to attend & service customers’ complaints, feedbacks and provide solution for project change requirement.
• Support team members work to enhance teamwork spirit.
• Participate in product demonstrations, testing and commissioning if required.
• Any other duties when assigned by management.
• Ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are implement.
• Adhere to plant safety, food safety, sanitation standards and following all governance guidelines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related industrial engineering field.

EXPERIENCE & SKILL FACTORS

• Min 2 years’ working experience, prefer in project management.
• Some hands-on experience of electrical SWBD and system assembly & installation.
• Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures.
• IT skills (MS Office). AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication and people relation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Sewer Engineering approved by PE board.
• Min 4 years' Experience
• Experience in water pipe and best knowledge in laying water pipe
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
