Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will perform shear and extensional rheological characterization of a large variety of liquid personal care products including lotions, topical oils, and more. We will explore innovative and emerging methods of rheological characterization and analyzing rheological data to extract material parameters to build a database of materials. Working with our industrial partner we will establish an understanding of rheological properties that are useful for product formulation and process design related to lab and larger scale extrusion/dispensing applications.More specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Take the helm in managing accounts to surpass sales targets within the Singapore market. Maintain robust relationships with Distribution Partners to ensure a steady stream of orders and foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular visits with existing clients to gauge satisfaction levels, introduce new product features, and anticipate future requirements. Your efforts will uphold our reputation as a trusted supplier and solution provider.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach program to tap into new customer segments, particularly targeting consultants and electrical contractors for high-value projects. Your focus will be on expanding our market footprint and seizing lucrative opportunities.
• Leverage your technical acumen to prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer needs. Your recommendations will align with the most suitable product offerings, showcasing our commitment to delivering optimal solutions.
• Provide dedicated support to our distributors through client visits, event participation, and swift resolution of technical inquiries. Foster collaboration within the team and share valuable market insights to enhance our collective success.
• Gather pertinent information on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor analysis within your territory. Regularly report on key sales activities, project progress, and emerging opportunities to drive informed decision-making.
• Achieve personal performance targets as well as overall sales targets outlined in budget forecasts
• Technical Support: Offer timely technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or site visits, ensuring seamless resolution of queries and issues.
• Product Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the features and functionalities of ComAp products, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in international sales position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub).

The DHA integration engineer is responsible for planning and developing workflow and technical interfaces between healthcare IT systems. She/He will work with DHA Project Managers, Solution Architects, health systems and companies to accomplish this objective. She/He may also be called upon to advise other developers on integration standards.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be involved in the development, design, build, testing, and go live phases of multiple integration projects.
• This includes scripting to conform / transform to another systems specifications.
• You will also work with internal teams to continuously improve processes and procedures around deployment of interoperability products that communicate in HIT standards-based formats such as HL7, IHE Profiles, Direct, or SMART on FHIR.
• The Integration Engineer oversees the development of new interfaces and maintain the sandbox environment up to date for application testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in HCIT integration using established and contemporary interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, SMRT, FHIR)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, and communication using secure protocols.
• Ability to work in a team environment alongside developers and deployment teams.
• Utilise engines like Mirth Connect or Rhapsody to have a standard way of integration using both HL7 and DICOM
• Knowledge in developing and configuring Context Launch requirements according to AES 256 standards.
• Assess and customise integrations (HL7 / FHIR / DICOM) based on the project to specific workflow.
• Experience with cloud deployments and/or pipelines, especially Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Experience with popular healthcare integration engines with ability to recommend and/or select different integration approaches depending on the desired outcomes for the system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with project stakeholders from different backgrounds (e.g. technical, clinical)
• Experience integrating with Singapore public hospital technical stack and working with Synapxe are a plus.
