We’re searching for a Industrial Engineer to be part of our Industrial Engineer Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies to ensure accuracy
• To achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvement/conversion/other capacity improvement plans to ensure the plans meet operations goals
• Establish layout plans for all production equipment based on operation needs
• Ensure timely equipment installation/release for production to meet operation’s needs
• Initiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) as well as Best-In-Class benchmarking to strie for the best perforamnce of the tools
• Update/maintain tool capacity/productivity database for capacity planning & productivity indices tracking
• Manage capital budget to reflect necessary equipment requirement for capacity mix and new technology introduction
• Establish standard costing methodologies & wkly/qtly/annual standard costing
• Cost management (forecast/tracking/improvement/modeling/analysis/benchmarking)
• People productivity management/coordination
• Initiate/lead/drive continuous improvement projects & Best-Known-Method sharing
• Strategic planning initiatives for capacity expansion, tool/people productivity improvement & cost reduction
• Lead/coordinate people productivity/automation initiatives. Headcount modelling

More about you:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing
• Functional / Technical skills and knowledge: Knowledge in semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the semiconductor industry
• Computer skills : MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, AutoCAD
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player with strong problem solving skills

Jason Marine Group Limited is a Maritime-centric Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronics and communications equipment/services and integration services for the commercial marine and offshore industries in Singapore, Asia and Europe regions.

We are seeking a Commissioning Technician to manage the design and installation of the marine electronics and communications equipment/services onboard shipping vessels, not limited to locally, offshore and overseas. He/ She will report directly to Commissioning Manager and the Energy Team in carrying out the following work and responsibilities:

• Support with implementation/ assembly/ design/ testing with system or/ and project Engineers.

• Carry out installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, but not limited to Navigation, IT, Scada, Communication system and equipment in workshop assembly and onsite.

• Assist and/ or carry out Factory Acceptance Test & Site Acceptance Test with client.

• Contribute necessary improvements and offer advice about operational procedures.

• Work with the team to investigate problems and diagnose and repair faults, if any, in order for the equipment to work to its specifications

• Help out in the timely and accurate reports, documentation, timesheets, service reports as per company/ client format for submission and reporting.

• Work with the Service Department to resolve enquiries, if required.

• Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Other Requirements

• Able to work under tight schedule and minimum supervision.

• Able to travel in short notice.

• Good verbal communication skill.

• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.

• Ensure a safe working environment.

• Experience in Telecommunication system in marine, shipyard, offshore is preferred. Job Title and Grade will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases, and identify how Company's Robotics solutions can address those needs.

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of company's robotics solutions.

● Develop proof-of-concept capabilities through ad-hoc software development and mechanical/electrical design with the help of internal engineering teams.

● Work closely with customers to understand their specific use cases and provide expert guidance on the integration of our robots into their operations.

● Create technical proposals and documentation tailored to customer requirements.

● Develop a deep understanding of Company's Robotics' products and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

● Act as a technical liaison between customers and our internal engineering teams, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.

● Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings, technical discussions, and addressing customer inquiries.

● Provide feedback to to internal product development team based on customer needs and market trends

Requirements:

● Background in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.

● Strong technical knowledge in their domain and the ability to work with customers.

● Should have at least one of the following:

○ Experience in Python or Javascript or C++. (or)

○ Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks. (or)

○ Experience in mechatronics design such as working with Arduino or custom PCBs.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills.

● Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Good to have:

● Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and other deployment tools.

● Exposure to backend system design to support robotics applications.

● Participation in robotics-related hackathons or competitions.
