DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities, including adhoc duties assigned by management:

The Role

This excellent opportunity would see you being based in our office in Singapore and working on some of the most exciting projects across Asia and internationally.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will lead a project team in delivering projects throughout the entire process of structural engineering design, from conceptual design stage towards construction.

You will act as a mentor to provide coaching and training to junior engineers.

The Skills

• Accredited BEng or MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering
• You'll have proven experience of managing medium / large size projects and delivering to time and budgetary deadlines, whilst complying with operational and other procedures.
• You'll have broad and deep technical knowledge in Structural Engineering, plus demonstrable understanding of other disciplines.
• Familiar with local codes of practice and authority submission and approval procedures.
• Must be Registered as Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore.
• Competent user of relevant structural engineering software.

Job Summary:

The Software Engineer will support the Professional Services department in analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and efficiency. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and contributing to the successful implementation of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

· Engage in the full life cycle software development and project implementation, including design, development, integration, testing and deployment of application software using various programming languages and technologies

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate, and prioritize key business requirements

· Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure Successful IT system implementation

Requirements:
