As the key individual assigned to the project by the Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer, you will fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role. Your duties include preparing major piping layouts, creating MTO sketches, and reviewing 3D CAD models related to piping systems, equipment, and structures, while also conducting interference detection. Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm | Saturday 8am to 12pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

•Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications

•Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards

•Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant

•Oversee the projects and follow the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications

•Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

•Candidate has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences that possess Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent

•Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply ，as training will be provided.

•Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software

•Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities

•Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work

•Good in communication and written abilities

•Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients
