Job description

• Work closely with the Product & Test engineers on test hardware and test program development on ETS88
• Involve on test program hand off, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• High level of collaboration and interaction with Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.
• Understanding with ATE analog digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and strong debug/troubleshooting experience
• Experience in testing and collecting data on IC chips or circuits using standard tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers, etc
• Experience with test hardware debug and test program development

Job Requirements

• Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Hands on experience on Teradyne ETS88.
• Any Prober experience, uf2000/uf3000 prober knowledge is added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of analog and digital electronics is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment is a must.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
• Only Singaporeans/ SPR preferred.

Senior Project (Civil) Engineer

Civil engineering projects - Roadworks, Cycling Infrastructure, Tunnel works

1. Responsible for advanced Planning, designing, integrating, scheduling, budgeting of construction project including management of contractors and vendors
2. Act on behalf Project Manager to play leadership role within project team, overseeing planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
3. Responsible for supervising and assessing the set-up of all project components, manage all aspects of an engineering project, prepare schedules, communicate with clients, project progress.

Project Management:

You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to project completion. Stakeholder Communication:

As a senior project engineer, you will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments. Risk Management:

You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring risks throughout the project. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Budget and Cost Control:

You will be responsible for managing the project budget and controlling costs. This involves estimating project costs, tracking expenses, monitoring financial performance, and adjusting as necessary to ensure the project remains within the allocated budget.

Documentation and Reporting:

You will maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, engineering drawings, progress reports, and other relevant records. You will also prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and overall performance.

Continuous Improvement:

As a senior project engineer, you will actively seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization. You will analyse project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications preferably recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experiences in the construction industry
• Meticulous, independent and able to work within tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Defines engineering requirements.
• Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
• Provides technical support to Project group.
• Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
• Prepares specifications for instruments, systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and installation.
• Prepares functional analysis (control, ESD, F&G).
• Implements instrument detail design on P&ID's.
• Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.
• Prepare instrument hook-up diagrams.
• Implements detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...).
• Performs the F.A.T. & T & C.
• Design, develop and implement PLC & SCADA systems.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Controls engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in energy business related engineering management and project management (engineering and construction).
• Experience in power and water utilities as well as renewable energy projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local services and solutions specializing in treatment of water and wastewater.
