• Assist in the MEICA installation plans, sequencing, resource allocation, and logistical considerations.
• Coordinate the installation of MEICA equipment and systems.
• Coordinate the MEICA installation process, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, safety standards, and best practices.
• Supervise MEICA subcontractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the client / stakeholders, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring MEICA systems align with their installation requirements.
• Ensure strict safety protocols and industry regulations on the construction site.
• Provide regular project updates, technical reports to the MEICA Installation Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the planning and construction of major process industry / industrial / infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in large scale projects, coordinating internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Ability to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction in Singapore.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Good knowledge of large scale MEICA equipment and systems.
• Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
