Job Title: Systems Engineer for Managed IT Account Management Services

Job Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of account management for applications, including but not limited to:

Windows Active Directory

Entra ID/Azure AD

Clinical System

Finance ERP System

Biomedical System

CRM System

IRIS System

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all access creations, modifications, and deletions.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).

Manage the User Access Matrix, ensuring its accuracy and liaising with stakeholders to validate it.

Conduct regular User Access Matrix reviews with stakeholders.

Adhere to SOPs for all account management procedures.

Assist in account and access management audits by providing supporting documentation and audit log tracing.

Perform bi-annual access reviews for various systems.

Troubleshoot permission issues for systems and escalate to system owners when necessary.

Handle other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks as required.

Key Capabilities and Skills Required:

Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.

Strong knowledge of user account management.

Basic skills in troubleshooting permissions.

Intermediate communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.

Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.

Availability to perform user access modifications on Sundays for staff transfer cases.

Responsibilities :

• Support the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Manage design approval process and coordination with the clients, consultants and subcontractors in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Identifies and highlight to management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact project performance.
• Support tender team and prepare technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as when assigned.

Requirements :

• PE Board Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of design management experience with at least 1 year of design experience in consultant firm.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Good organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team
• QA/QC documentation of engineering deliverables
• Liaison with clients, project managers, architects, contractors
• Assist in resolving any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages
• Any other required duties as required by the Project Team.

Your Role

• Assist the Planning Manager in all planning functions
• Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
• Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs (Manpower, Materials, Equipment)
• Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
• Maintain and update all schedules, collect actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluate project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submission
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
• Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years’ working experience construction planning and programme coordination
• Has aptitude for planning role
• Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Mechanical Engineer

Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for Mechanical Engineer to improve the production technology of the site.

The role of the Mechanical Engineer includes:

• Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of daily maintenance [preventive, corrective, & breakdown maintenance], transition maintenance, turnaround maintenance and upgrading and improvement related to maintenance.
• Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
• Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
• Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
• Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant.

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves the execution of duties to the highest possible standards. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and perform all of the activities necessary to plan, procure, manage and administer all issues related to power & construction and industrial site work.

Your duties will involve working closely with project staff and contractors across multiple technical disciplines requiring the supervision of numerous simultaneous tasks to meet very specific and immovable milestones. You will be privy to confidential information by necessity.

You will treat all such information with the highest levels of confidentiality and will perform your role with integrity and honour at all times.

It is expected that the Project engineer role will require, but not be limited to the following key functions:

• Planning/Scheduling

• Implement a high-level effective project management framework and method statement, incorporating necessary review processes as required

• Review the master programme and other reports to ensure timeline is met

• Secure resources, suppliers, product for the Client as required

• Monitor the design, construction, and dismantling programme and identify opportunities for improved delivery

• Risk Management

• Proactively identify potential problems, conflicts, design and delivery issues using risk management tools and skills to mitigate impact on the project

• Identify Health and Safety issues and to report as per procedure

• Site, Oversee the effective operation of the activities related to the P&C Contracts through conducting regular site visits and quality checks

• People, Manage and direct the P&C team to provide overall superintendence and ensure that the project team staff, contractors, etc., work well and provide a supportive environment for the achievement of the project

• Holding weekly staff meeting with P&C team, monitoring and reviewing staff working hours and writing performance reviews for P&C staff

• Contract Management • Negotiate and convert contracts as required by the project

• Oversee the award of contracts and ensure the client is adequately protected

• Scheduling, minuting and issuing various project meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner

• Provide regular and accurate reporting on the project progress, costs and quality

• Review and oversee the management of all P&C contracts and ensure that there are no major gaps or issues in providing the required P&C deliverables

• Monitoring and reviewing all P&C work instructions and variations ensuring that all information is accurate, recorded and follows the designated project approval process

• Manage and document changes/variations following approval by Client • Ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules

• Review any procurement requirements and provide all necessary P&C technical support to the procurement process • Client Management

• Take the leading role in interfacing with the Client and contractors on all P&C matters at all project stages

• Actively seek and implement strategies to improve the client’s position in regard to return and value

• Identity and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Client, authorities, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners/stakeholders

• Reporting

• Monitoring, reviewing and implementing appropriate document control processes in line with quality control procedures

• Preparing monthly status report input on all P&C activities and including a detailed analysis of power consumption and utilization

Job Requirements:

• Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualification with minimum 6 -10 years relevant experience

• Master Degree in Electrical / Mechanical systems in the relevant field in the process & construction industry

• Contract administration experience

• Excellent overall knowledge of most P&C systems, Knowledge in innovative components introduce and handling.

• Knowledge in electrical power distribution, Smart DB’s, PLC / SCADA programming

• Experience working in construction & industrial design firms

• Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project

• Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues

• Apply quality management principles and processes

• Possess a keen eye on detail to deliver the highest quality of standard

• Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes

• A capacity to communicate professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people at all levels

• Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft reports, minutes, correspondence, procedures, processes and forms

• Sound literacy in computer software, including the Microsoft Office range. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel • Ability to read technical drawings
