Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting and supporting technical sales team in terms of scope of supplies and costing with respect to electrical, automation requirements during the prospecting stage for water/wastewater related systems and projects.
2. Liaising and communicating with agents/distributors/OEM partners/end-user customers on technical details and specifications of parts and components where EICA works are concerned.
3. Design and producing electrical, control panel drawings (AutoCAD or Eplan), BOM list generation and hardware component selection.
4. Developing PLC programming & HMI project (Siemens /Allen Bradley etc) for all process and functional controls of water/wastewater related systems and instrument.
5. Liaising, negotiating, and managing sub-suppliers/sub-contractors in Singapore and in the region with respect to procurements of all wiring and cabling works, fabrication and assembly of control panels for systems as well as for in-situ installation of water/wastewater related systems or projects.
6. Determining and monitoring procurement and production progress and schedules where cabling and wiring works, control panels’ PLC works and supplies are concerned.
7. On site electrical installation supervision, electrical panel testing, instrumentation configuration, loop test and automation commissioning works.
8. Compiling and handing over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals (electrical and PLC portions etc) to our agents/distributors and end-user customers.

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Position Overview:

As a Sr. Staff signal integrity engineer, you will be working on challenging SI and PI tasks in globally distributed teams. You will be supporting SI/PI signoff of chip design, package design and PCB design in order to support successful delivery of products of various product lines to market. You will be working with design, test, P&R and application teams globally for modeling of chip high speed I/O and power rails. As a Project Engineer, you will be the project manager and have responsibility for the engineering and construction of projects, including all relevant project management tasks.

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities range from construction and modification of physical assets to providing engineering support to the Asset Manager in the design and construction of bulk liquid storage facilities and related equipment. Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, E&IA, Civil or related field

3. Must be familiar with all applicable standards and codes relating to bulk liquid storage facilities for the applicable terminal location. This could include IEC, API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and CFR and any other (local) codes.

• Liaises closely with Engineering on technical specifications required for machinery fitting, documenting the project requirements for the arrangement of machinery, equipment and system installation work

Job Description

• Coordinated with client, engineers, technicians and provided necessary support for process and Safety groups

Key Responsibilities

Lead process engineering activities for NCE projects in the pilot plant

• Review of chemistry scale-up requests with Chemists, Operations and Engineering to determine optimum plant configuration.

• Define and seek approval for the detailed project scope of plant and equipment projects, and obtain approval for capital orders and PIP's.

• Organise HAZOP studies, act as technical recorder, and issue HAZOP report for all installations where appropriate.
• Issue commissioning programmes, lead commissioning activities, and issue final reports.

A quantity surveyor may work for either the client, the contractor or sub-con, working in an office or on site. They are involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.
