Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Electronic in any engineering field or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry.
• Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office application (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Knowledge in AutoCad, Revit, Naviswork, BIM360 or other design software with strong understanding of Drawings
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken and able to communicate with all levels of team members
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good organization, planning, strong interpersonal, communication skills and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.

Job Description
To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

• Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.
• Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements.
• Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Job Requirement

Job Scope

• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;
• Managing the projects in accordance to our Company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards and contractual requirements;
• Pre and post-contract stages from vetting tender documents, organizing tender activities as well as settlement of accounts with owner, sub-contracts / suppliers;
• The development and implementation of project management plans through the provision of project scheduling, monitoring, reporting and forecasting, ensure that safety regulations are complied;
• Providing and preparing all scheduling, budgeting and specification for the project work;

• Resolve design and site problems encountered during the construction period;
• Plan and manage actual and post construction issues with the clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities;
• Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings, etc..;
• Close supervision of work carried out by sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule;
• Ensure highest quality on the work carried by the sub-contractor, fabricators and suppliers;
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on the implementation of the projects;
• Check on the progress claim submitted by the sub-contractors;
• Monitor, track, report project progress, supervise Engineers, Supervisor, Technicians and sub-contractors’ on site;
• Follow-up on the defective work and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators and suppliers;

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Civil Engineering Projects, especially in Marine Construction of Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging, etc.
