Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of Process Integration, Yield Enhancement, Failure Analysis, Data Science, or Unit Process.
• In-depth knowledge and direct experience with nonvolatile memories
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in yield analysis
• Good understanding of the process flow, and interaction of process and device.
• Poses theoretical and/or operational knowledge of scanning electron microscopes (SEM), focused ion beam (FIB), Transmission emission microscopes (TEM), and Elemental Analysis (EDS, EELS).
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++ is Windows, Linux, JMP statistic software is desirable.
• Ability to be self-motivated and self-governing with confirmed ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Solid analysis, communication and reporting abilities with demonstrated presentation abilities.

Education:

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. We also consider applicants with equivalent experience.
