Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed electrical layout and schematic drawings for the system and its sub-assemblies

· Assist in assembly and wiring of electrical/electronic parts of the automation projects

· Prepare complete Bill of Materials for the electrical system of all automation related projects

· Work with Production Engineers and vendors during system assembly, wiring and testing

· Train/ Supervise electrical technician/contractors in good wiring practices

· Support system testing and qualification

· Contribute to product cost reduction efforts

· Ensure electrical drawings are up to date

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

· Minimum three years’ experience (five years for diploma holders) in assembly and wiring of electrical systems, preferably in automation or robotics.

· Experience in preparing and documenting PCB designs, electrical diagrams and schematics.

· Hands on experience in assembling electrical systems, control panels, motor and driver assemblies.

· Experience in testing and programming in Servo Tuning and PLC control is desirable.

· Working experience with typical machine control hardware like power supplies, motors, sensors, motion and I/O devices.

We are looking for someone for the Senior Process Engineer position, with experiences in WET etch/cleaning/Plating process knowledge. Additional knowledge in the lithography process will be an advantage.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking a highly qualified Senior Process Engineer to take responsibility for Operations Engineering under Lithography and WET Engineering Module.

In this role, you will handle daily process related operations, and work with equipment engineers and shift team to sustain and improve the module KPIs.

What You Will Do:

· Process Owner for WET/Plating processes on different layers/substrate.

· Take ownership and drive development in WET/Plating Process technology roadmap.

· Drive cost efficiency through innovative process simplification, improving productivity and optimizing current costs model.

· Drive improvement to optimize processes to meet the yield and quality requirements.

· Map-out / Design DOE to understand the interaction between process and hardware parameters and apply the results and knowledge to optimize for best performance

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

· Min 5 years working experience in WET etch/Cleaning process engineering. Experience in the 6 inch technology and hands on/manual fab will be an advantage (WET bench, SSEC, NEX Plating, Semsysco, scrubber).

· Basic knowledge in the wafer fab fabrication is a must.

· Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing.

· Possess a high degree of self-motivation, goal orientated and the ability to focus on solving problems and to learn new skills.

· Experience with manufacturing operation, failure analysis and LED knowledge will be added advantage.
