Position Overview:

The Principal Electronics Engineer is a senior leadership role within EOS Defence Systems (EOS DS) and is responsible for solving problems using disciplined engineering techniques (e.g., software, mechanical, electronics, system, testing, project etc) to assure and advise on the development and/or delivery of products. • Analyze, implement, and verify Radio Access Network (RAN) configuration and integration.
• Develop radio solutions, perform network planning, and ensure capacity targets are met.
• Conduct site surveys, testing, and RF design for macro and in-building systems.
• Provide performance analysis and recommend solutions to optimize network efficiency.
• Lead technical investigations, KPI assessments, and project delivery processes.

You are a highly experienced RF professional with a solid technical background in 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with relevant technical expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in Radio Network Design and Optimization, including 5G.
• Proficient with Telecom equipment and tools like IBWAVE, TEMS, NetAlly, Infovista Planet, JD Viewer and NEMO.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proven leadership experience in RF project delivery and network acceptance.
