Quality Planning:

• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain) to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Establish quality objectives and metrics (e.g., defect rate, yield, throughput).

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, SEMI S2).
• Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.

Quality Control:

• Develop and implement inspection protocols for equipment and components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEMI, CE, UL).
• Conduct training for production staff on quality procedures.

Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:

• Investigate and resolve quality issues using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Industry-Specific Requirements:

• Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards (SEMI, ISO 14644).
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.
• Understanding of equipment reliability and maintainability.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain quality records and documentation (e.g., Device Master Records).
• Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
• Communicate quality performance to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Training:

• Work with design engineers to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for reliability (DFR).
• Collaborate with supplier quality engineers and suppliers to ensure quality of incoming components.
• Provide training on quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Quality Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field in the semiconductor industry.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) preferred.
• Experience with front-end equipment manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AGILE).
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings is required.

• Preparation, checking and submission of drawings, catalogues and calculations for the assigned project.
• Assist Project Manager/Sr. Engineer for preparation of Vender approval submission
• Prepare and update project schedules
• Work out bill of materials and engineering deliverables.
• Attend progress/ technical meetings.
• Execution of project in accordance with general specifications, particular specifications, technical specifications and drawings, etc.
• Effective communication between engineering, technical, construction, and project control groups.
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works
• Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and own teams for implementation of the projects and ensuring it is being built correctly
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed works
• Develop method of statements and testing procedures for the works.
• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in electrical installation in industrial plants
• Technical skills and knowledge of HT, LT Switchboards, Transformers, Generators, Motor Starters, Testing and Commissioning
• Familiar with relevant Singapore standards and international standards
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues

• Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions

Education Required:

Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast detailing coordination works for building projects as contractor or precast manufacturer.
• Experience in PBU and PPVC projects would be preferred.

Competencies and Skills Required
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office. TEKLA/ BIM Software experience is added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge in precast concrete products for residential or industrial building projects.
• Reinforced concrete structural detailing skills, detail presentation skills, communication and analytical capacity
• Knowledge in interpreting architectural and structural drawing for building projects.

Job Description:

1. Perform acoustic testing and analysis on electronic instruments to evaluate performance.
2. Detect and analyze noise to identify potential issues and solutions.
3. Conduct initial analysis of abnormal sounds and propose effective resolutions.
4. Design and implement noise reduction and vibration control strategies.
5. Optimize critical acoustic parameters for new product development.
6. Collaborate with mechanical engineers to finalize detailed mechanical designs for products.
7. Carry out acoustic measurements and verify the performance of product prototypes.
8. Document and maintain analysis data and conclusions from acoustics-related experiments.
9. Work closely with speaker manufacturers and microphone component suppliers to validate and confirm design recommendations.

Job Requirements:

QAQC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• To establish the quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 for the project, formulate the Project Quality Plan.
• To develop, review and revise the Inspection & Test Plan, attend QA/QC meeting and to advise on quality control issues.
• Ensure quality of works in accordance with Quality Management Plan including development of Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Plans and Checklists. Should know process of handling, storage and handover process of such materials.
• Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan.
• Preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC).
• Prepare and conduct site inspections and close on the reports
• Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines.
• Follow and fill up the inspection and test plans to comply with the contract requirements.
• Ability to conduct inspection and test plans and Inspecting works and recording all inspections to ensure compliance as required.
• Acquaint section personnel with QA requirements and arrangements in place to achieve them.
• Audit and monitor QA and Environmental systems for compliance and effectiveness.
• Coordinating and maintaining a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Project Manager and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective.

Qualifications:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics) in construction firm
• At least 6-10 years working experience in the related field
• Preferably specializing in Quality Assurance/Control, Engineering- Structural/Civil/Construction/ equivalent
• Familiar with ISO standard for ISO 9000, 14000, and18000
• Rail experience with LTA project in Singapore would be an advantage

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for the presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore
