   Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support.
   Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
   
4. Project Management:Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

6. Qualifications:

• minimum O level with advanced certificate in work place safety and health, safety coordinator, other construction and process related safety certificates.
• Proven experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and team leadership.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and contract management software.
