• Support with the preparation, monitoring, and administration of purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy and prompt delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, track inventory usage, and assist in restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Keep accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and contract details.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Duties:

• To place orders with existing local/overseas suppliers.
• Sourcing for new suppliers with more competitive price.
• Processing of purchase orders and related documents.
• Planning and monitoring closely with suppliers on delivery schedule.
• Preparing of costing for tenders.
• To arrange for evaluation of sample for testing purposes, if required.
• To feedback to suppliers on products defect/complaints from customer and claim warranty, if applicable.
• To prepare TT payment to overseas supplies.
• To liaise with forwarders for clearance of cargoes.
• Any ad hoc duties if required.

Job Requirements:

• Electronics/Electrical background would be an advantage
• With 2 years of working relevant experience
