Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and organizing purchase orders/requisitions.
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
• Communicate with shipping agents regarding orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the team on product details, pricing, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Support daily purchasing tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems within the department.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standard operating procedures.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
