Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Process purchasing orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate parties.
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
• Work closely with the receiving department to ensure proper goods are received and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate procurement records, including details of orders, invoices, and documentation for inventory audits.

• Production planning for manufacturing plant
• To manage to do mapping between operation process and SAP transaction process for every new define nosiness and process flow.
• To manage and ensure efficient inventory system in forecasting, planning and ensure optimum levels of stocks of additives, empty packaging and finished products in the inventory. Managing inventory for raw materials and finished goods at production stage.
• To lead and train the team to maintain good update the production master in SAP for any new creation and modification inclusive of routing, filling BOM, production versions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/ Production / Mechanical engineering / Operation Management discipline with planning experience

• 5 -8 years in a manufacturing environment in Managerial Position
