Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive Dynamics 365 implementation through project phases including discover, definition, analysis, design, build, test and deploy.
• Partner with development, integration, infra and security team to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles and security control standards.
• Design and lead the system architecture process to create Solution Design and Technical specification documents.
• Enterprise Architecture design experience of Dynamics 365 (Online and On-Premises) with integration to multiple downstream systems on Windows & Non-Windows platforms.
• Broad experience in architecting cloud and on-premises solution that includes Identity, API management, Integration, Data Migration, mobility etc.
• Should be familiar with Azure and/or AWS Cloud technologies.
• To collate, understand and finalize functional & technical requirements with business analysist and/or users for solution design.
• To collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution.
• To provide expertise in Dynamics 365 solution implementation across application teams to ensure smooth solution development, testing and deployment.
• To provide technical advice on the Dynamics 365 tools used for configuration, data migration (e.g., SSIS & KingswaySoft) and integration as well as knowledge of related Microsoft technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 and has successful delivery experience in Dynamics 365 projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain; Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, application delivery and solution design.
• Good functional, technical knowledge and experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Previous experience of healthcare domain is good to have.
• Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery
• Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development and testing experience (in aggregate no less than 2 years) preferred.

Tech Lead / Senior Developer

Requirements:

• 9+ years of work experience as Technical Analyst and Production Support.
• Extensive experience in multi-tier transaction banking applications, managing complex production support activities of enterprise Java and Oracle based systems.
• Experience in implementing enterprise grade, high available Internal and Client facing applications.
• Hands on coding experience and good understanding of technologies such as Java/JEE, Oracle Database, Unix/RHEL, HTTP servers, SFTP, JMS, Oracle SQLs, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, Control-M and CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in development/managing file handlingand batch processing.
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance and DevOPS processes, demonstrated experience in tools and hands-on implementation of these processes in application development.
• Experience in tools such as Confluence, Bit-Bucket, Sonar, Jenkins and ALDON for change mgmt..

The Role

· To independently review & develop various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the team.

· Develop Offshore Commissioning Procedures for Process Systems and supporting Mechanical Systems / Thermodynamic requirements for Combined Cycle systems.

· To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement

· Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.

· Develop Facility performance test procedure in accordance with contract requirement.

· Capable of managing demanding expectations of clients which may range from addressing gaps to unexpected work scope variations while ensuring conformance to the project, regulatory and contract requirements.

· Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.

· Carry forward the MODEC HSEQ policies / requirements to the team and meet overall HSEQ objectives in all projects / feedback results to corporate HSEQ team.

· Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly

· Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.

· Leads site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Process systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams, ensuring adherence to yard and company PTW systems regarding all the Process System Commissioning SoW.

· Commissioning of Process Systems, Functional tests and system certification with Class Society.

· Responsible for verification and close out of all Safety critical elements associated with the package.

· Ensure all regulatory and statutory testing and requirements are performed and records are maintained.

· Perform Risk assessment for the commissioning scope, conduct toolbox meetings

· Ensure to supervise Technicians to carry out commissioning activities in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with site procedures and PTW requirements

· Manage discipline and cohesive environment in the office. Monitor / Guide all commissioning engineers/assistants/administrators.

· Day to day Planning of work, Manage schedule & targets of the project as required.

· Identify and manage resource requirement to meet schedule and targets.

· Prepare and maintain commissioning records of site observations, testing processes and checklists

· Coordination of functional testing of commissioned systems and engaging the Operations Team when and where needed

· Troubleshoot the logic function, suggest modification plan of logic diagram, liaise with I&C engineer as well as ICSS vendor, and implement.

· Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning as per procedure and sign-off respective documents with Client representative for system closure.

· Prepare timely and accurate technical report for management and a reference for future.

· Travel to offshore project sites and perform offshore commissioning / assist facility startup.

· Lead the team to perform Start-up at offshore following the start-up procedure, stabilization and performance testing.

· Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Process or Chemical) with 14 to 17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering (Process or Chemical) with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 10 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered.

· Specialist knowledge of at least Three MODEC or related project line.

· Ability to define concepts of completion process.

· Experience of High Capacity Process Production Systems and EPCIC to handover to operations.

· Experience in Complex Gas Compression, Injection, Export Systems and Thermodynamic requirements for Heat Recovery and Steam systems.

· Have proven project experience and skills within the field of Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning execution and startup at offshore

· Experience in offshore plant startup and stabilization and able to provide Operations with technical support throughout start-up, stabilization and performance testing

· Work experience within strict regulatory environments, and aligning commissioning independencies with engineering compliance and contractual requirements.

· High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of managing simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential.

· Significant knowledge of multiple technologies, projects and applications. Working knowledge of competing and alternative technologies.

· Familiar in use of Software, Database systems related to System Completion, Project Management (MS Project / P6) and General computer literacy (MS office).

· Shows evidence of good Organizing / Management skills.

· Demonstrate ability to take lead.

· Good communication skill.
