Basic Responsibilities:

Work as team member in multi-disciplinary and dynamic team. Functional service delivery roles include Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain/Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst. Leads or supports the analysis, design, development and implementation of systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables. May also lead project modules or work activities as appropriate and can formulate solutions to defines/specific business or technical issues.

Qualifications Required

· 5+ years as a practicing LSA for multiple accounts.

· 10+ years of total pega Experience

· Certified LSA

· Strong stakeholder Management

· Devops &Agile Experience

· Good Knowledge on all rule types- UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents & Activities.

· Working Knowledge on Prior Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring &improvement

Specific Responsibilities:

· Experience in Development in Banking and Financial

· Good Knowledge on all rule types - Sound experience on using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA and Live UI.

· Proficient in Pega Implementation cycle that includes PRC deployment, development, testing, bug fixing &troubleshooting

· Having good understanding on the rules management and associated tools such as export &import tools skimming and bulk processing tools.

· Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle

· Having Strong base in web designing & development using HTML & JS, Strong communication and presentation.

· Implementing and following agile/scrum processes within self-organizing team.

· Manage the overall key design areas of a Pega implementation

· Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope and client expectations

· Actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challenges.

· Actively participate Business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases.

· Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to success.

Job Description:

• Manage and guide a team of technicians to perform vehicle service (commercial vehicles) and repair with excellent quality, turnaround time and productivity to meet customers’ requirements
• Ensure repair work is up to standard as to avoid comeback job
• Troubleshoot technical problems by using of electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects and repair actions, parts requirements for repair
• Advice on repair status to supervisor & test drive vehicle after repair when necessary
• Supervise and control of spares used on contract vehicles
• Ensure all work carried out are in accordance with safety and housekeeping requirements
• Assist Customer Service personnel in providing quotation for repair work

Job Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification
• Relevant experience 1-2 years in automotive repair (able to handle commercial vehicles up to that of Prime Movers (HDT)) and technical service, use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
• Ability to understand electrical drawings
