About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design of exceptional user experiences for our platforms. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in designing complex B2B software solutions. As the UI/UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design vision, defining user flows, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring the overall quality of the user experience for our platform.

To do this, you will have to perform below key responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX Design Process:

• Oversee all aspects of the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts) to define and implement design solutions.
• Lead user research efforts to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and iteratively improve the product.

Job Description

Salary range: starting from S$120k - S$162k SGD per annum + RSUs

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to support our cross-functional teams based across APAC. It’s a role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one! You will work closely with our Product teams focused on offering card issuance and multi-currency account solutions, alongside supporting our commercial and delivery teams, building conviction through your insights and analysis.

You will work on answering questions such as:

• Where are our biggest growth and commercial opportunities?
• Who should we be selling our products and solutions to? And, how can we position our products to capture prospects' attention?
• What products should we be building and/or improving to unlock growth?
• How can we reduce friction in the transaction lifecycle and improve our products and solutions?

Qualifications

A bit about you:

• You have experience working in payments or are excited about building an expert understanding of our bank products and solutions, as well as those of our competitors.
• You have experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment and have worked closely with sales and product teams before.
• You are commercially minded. Able to translate your analysis into impact and comfortable with opportunity sizing, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• You are comfortable managing stakeholders, identifying opportunities where analytics can have an impact and turning this into an analytics roadmap.
• You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
• You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python (all analysts at Wise are expected to be full-stack and should be comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights).
• You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power - even better if you’ve got experience doing this in Looker/Superset.
• You have a strong track record of applying quantitative analysis to see beyond the numbers, generate actionable insights and drive the adoption of your proposed changes by influencing stakeholders.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking.
