About the team

Lenskart is looking for a transformational leader as part of the senior management team to lead the retail and operations business vertical in Singapore. This is a critical role for the growth of Lenskart given the expansion plans at hand. What your responsibilities will be

• Lead and manage Lenskart's retail outlets in Singapore, ensuring they reflect our brand image and values.

The Technology Problem Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating underlying causes of Major Incidents and recurring IT incidents or issues. Key Responsibilities

Problem Management:

• Proactively identify potential problems by analyzing incident trends and service data.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for recurring and major incidents to prevent future occurrences.
• Document the outcome of RCA meetings, ensuring investigations covers all contributing factors, and possibility of systemic issues.
• Document all root cause analyses, action plans, and resolutions in a way that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong communication and writing skills and able to articulate complex matters in concise manner
