What you’ll be doing:

• Review program effectiveness using benefits data from local brokers, consultants or other sources to help drive strategic business decisions within the organization.
• Create and update plan documentation, company global benefit policies and partner with Director, Global Benefits & Mobility to establish best practices for benefits delivery.
• Assist with all global benefits RFP’s, vendor selection, contracting and ongoing monitoring of plans.
• Partner closely with key leaders across the business: all regional leaders, People team, Finance, Payroll, Mobility and legal to understand business needs related to global benefits.
• Monitor performance of service providers and various brokers and hold them accountable for performance measures.
• Develop and maintain the global benefits budget and monitor timing of various contract renewals along with brokers.
• Develop and implement benefits communication strategies across a variety of media, including, web, email, presentations, video, and social media.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. The successful candidate will also be the Sales Admin for the APAC Sales Team and will work closely with Finance, Billing and the Global Salesforce Operations Team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

•Managing user training and documentation of sales processes and Salesforce Usage

•Ownership of the communication of any platform changes to end users as well as technical documentation to track changes to the Salesforce platform

The role involves supporting the Singtel SD-WAN platform by overseeing maintenance and operations to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include representing or leading Platform Operations in resolving technical issues, particularly during escalated incidents.

The candidate will execute configuration changes based on reviewed work orders and change requests, ensuring thorough testing prior to implementation.

The role requires governing the SD-WAN platforms against security vulnerabilities and managing incidents and remediation efforts. Regular reporting on platform performance, security posture, and changes is essential, with reports generated daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. The candidate will also participate in the design, review, and implementation of new platform products and services as needed.

• Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SD-WAN Platform Operations.
• Support the expansion, upgrades and rollouts of new network and systems infrastructure involving hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, virtual appliances, VNFs, network monitoring and management systems.
• Support engineering teams on new product/ feature implementation, node deployment, and technical support matters.

• Hands on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN, HPE Aruba SilverPeak SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiSASE etc.
• Good understanding of Internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS/VPN.
