• Working Location: Commonwealth Ln (near the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing of inventory.
• Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are done on time, within budget, and to the exact location.
• Preparing shipping documents (e.g., airway bills, bills of lading, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificates of beneficiary, etc.).
• Preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC.
• Familiar with shipping incoterms.
• Liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, and inter-department to ensure timely clearance and smooth flow of shipments.
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in a timely manner.
• Effectively acquire the most relevant and cost-effective deals.
• Managing and dispatching spare parts requests.
• Sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders, and maintaining good business relationships.

• GCE 'A' level or Diploma in Logistics, Procurement or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Distribution of equipment and accessories
• Position Title: Admin cum Purchasing Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,400 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Monitor the timeliness of deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and courier companies on the deliveries of incoming shipment.
• Liaise with internal departments on product type, price, and quantity of products to be purchased.
• Ensure that all invoices are certified accordingly.
• Data entry and proper filing of documents.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
