Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior management team and play a pivotal role overlooking both strategic and operational scopes in HR. The incumbent will also support day to day operations:

Responsibilities:

· Understand the business to champion to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and programmes.

• Take charge of the full spectrum of HR, including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, employee services and other HR-related matters.

• To build and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle with people initiatives, and process improvements.

• Build strong partnerships with business line managers and employees to effectively implement HR programmes and resolve employee relations issues.

• Drive change management, process improvement and organizational effectiveness.

• Manage employee related surveys, job evaluations, data analysis and insights to identify gaps and make recommendations.

• Providing advice and guidance across a variety of HR issues, initiatives and legislation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in HR Background).

• 5+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.

• Experience developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies.

• Strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, project management & leadership abilities.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations/Compliance.

• HR exposure within Consulting or Tech industry will be an advantage.

• HR Generalist experience with proficiency in HRIS systems.

• Coaching skills with the experience of managing a small team.

• Comfortable to work with a remote team.

• Able to handle pressure and prioritise.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

About the Role

As Acquisition Lead at Ordinary Folk, you will architect and implement our next-generation acquisition strategy across APAC markets. This role transcends traditional performance marketing to focus on building sustainable growth through quality user acquisition. Strategy & Leadership

• Design and implement innovative acquisition strategies that balance quality and pure volume

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversea the Program Management Office, PMO for NBS

• Champion annual work planning reviews with stakeholders, from budget to agreement with users

We are seeking a Media Intelligence Lead to join our Communications Measurement team at Meta. You will be responsible for monitoring traditional media and social trends on topics critical to the business - spanning across product, tech policy and business strategy. You will be expected to editorialize your monitoring into compelling insights that shape decision making at every level of the company. You will be a partner to the Communication & Public Affairs team in gathering media and social intelligence on the most business-critical priorities and combining that with longitudinal data analysis done across the Communications Measurement Team to inform strategy and learning.

Responsibilities

• Determine monitoring priorities and run intelligence operations for their region.
• Monitor, analyze and report on media cycles and social trends for specific moments, cycles, themes and business-periods.
