We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales efforts for Point of Sale (POS) solutions tailored for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the F&B technology sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams in diverse cultural and business environments.
1. Responsibility:
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption of our POS solutions within the F&B industry.
· Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple countries, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the F&B industry, including restaurant owners, franchisees, and industry partners.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive product enhancements, go-to-market strategies, and customer satisfaction tailored to regional nuances.
· Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
· Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and track performance metrics to drive accountability and ensure targets are met across diverse markets and cultures.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our POS solutions and build brand awareness.
2. Requirements:
· 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the F&B technology sector, with a focus on POS solutions, preferably across the Asia-Pacific region.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in diverse cultural and business environments.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team across multiple countries and cultures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
· Deep understanding of the F&B industry across the Asia-Pacific region, including regional market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
