About the role

Reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Head, you will be overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP system, processes and master data as part of the Group's globalisation and digitisation efforts. You will be the SAP FICO Global Process Owner for the S/4Hana implementation project collaborating with various cross-functional teams. You will partner with market finance leads in streamlining, standardising and harmonizing of proccesses across different regions. You will maintain the Group's blueprint of the global SAP FICO template and be the go-to person post go-live on any change requests and trainings. You will be proactive in driving continuous improvements/upgrades as well as integration of new businesses.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be Accounting & Finance Degree qualified with more than 6 years in managing SAP FICO projects and driving continues process improvement projects in Finance. Candidates from consultancy firm/in-house roles are open to apply. SAP S/4 Hana certification will be a great plus. • Receivables Solutions is a growing product, the RSS role is designed to work with all stakeholders, internal and external including clients to onboard new facilities as well as monitor and service existing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Responsibility in managing the Receivables Solutions Product within the ASEAN region from an implementation and ongoing monitoring perspective. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of the RS business in the geography whilst simultaneously ensuring appropriate risk controls are in place and operating effectively.

Business

• Work closely with country stakeholders in managing and growing the Receivables Solutions business locally, minimising handoffs and turnaround times during implementation.
• Bring continual improvements by liaising with key stakeholders such as TB Sales, Coverage, TCI/TDMO, RDDA, Operations, Credit, CRC and GBS teams to ensure synergies across the delivery of the product proposition.
• Engage in deal pipeline discussions with CCIB sales and RMs.
