Role Overview

Manage a team of Market Administrators covering the APAC Trading platforms.

First and second line support for any issues relating to the Market Administrators trading platform. Hands-on incident and problem management, ownership of internal and client-facing trade issues. This includes trade investigate, resolution, escalation, communication, follow-up, logging and trending (Identify, diagnose and resolve).

Role Responsibilities

· Responsible for ensuring team is adequately trained up and is able to perform tasks to the standards expected by TPICAP brokers and customers

· Ensure team logs and manages all work requests in ServiceNow.

· Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the platform’s data accuracy including updates when required and pro-active monitoring.

· GRD issue logging and tracking of requests via service management tool (ServiceNow).

· Ensure logging of all incidents into ServiceNow for compliance and management review.

· Monitor support chats and respond and investigate user queries and issues in a timely manner.

· Investigate system logs and outputs to analyse any user or tradeflow issues either within the front office systems or between the front and trade processing systems.

· Work with the product management team in raising workflow and system improvements.

· Expectation of the desire to learn and understand brokered products relating to the Market Administrator’s trading application.

· Coordinate any internal training requirements relating to the Market Administrator’s trading platform.

· Client Relationship Management. Maintain a good working relationship with the TP ICAP client base when required. This includes external clients (Banks) and all levels of internal staff.

· Support and testing of all new software releases before roll out.

· Out of hours cover may also be required to accommodate any upgrade and release testing. This may also include bank holiday desk coverage.

· Maintain up-to-date team technical documentation, team procedures and processes.

· Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational risk requirements (e.g. cultural behaviours, security policies and regulatory requirements)

· Cross-train other team members of your championed system.

· Contribute on the Asia team system manual which will be main available globally.

· Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.

· Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

Experience / Competences

Essential

· Familiarity with system log and xml analysis, system administration and data processing

· Has experience working in Financial Services with good operational support experience

· Strong attention to details, confident to liaise with internal and external customers

· Strong team management skills to delegate and ensure adequate support is given

· Provides mentorship and guidance to team members, responsible for their performance and career development

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring KYC (Know Your Client) reviews are in line with regulatory standards
• Act as a Team Lead to run a team of client onboarding SME on behalf of the Head of NCA
• Act as a checker to review team members’ reviews to ensure Source of Wealth corroboration, review of corporate structures and performance of beneficial ownership drilldown
• Assessment of money laundering, fraud, reputational risk, and sanctions risk factors on client accounts
• Perform screening and relevant alert adjudication
• Handle audit and quality control enquiries
• Work in partnership with Front Office and Anti Money Laundering colleagues to ensure files are completed in a timely manner and with high quality

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in KYC or AML
• Familiar with FATCA and CRS requirement
• Strong leadership skills, have led a team or managed people (direct reports)
• Experience in Source of Wealth (SOW) and KYC review
• Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Willing to learn and take on additional challenges
• Good team player
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Deployment:

Either 1 one of the shifts mentioned below,

• a. Early shift: 7.15 am to 4.45 pm (Monday to Thursday); 7.15 am to 4.15 pm (Friday);
• b. Late shift: 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Thursday); and 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Friday).

Scope of Works:

1. Plan, coordinate and attend to all requests to support Authority’s internal and external major meetings, webinars, events, recordings and video production. Understand user’s requirement and provide technical support accordingly.
2. Plan, set up and operate the control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.
3. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the creation and post production of multimedia content.
4. Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the systems are in good working condition, whilst keeping an up-to-date inventory for audit.
5. Oversee various AV contractors to ensure they deliver their services in accordance with the respective contracts and service level agreements. Manage and administer contracts and assess the contractors’ performance regularly (e.g. verification of service rendered and payment).

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Media / Mass Communications / AV or equivalent.
2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite, video and photographic skills.
4. Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (TriCaster, OBS, vMix) needed to run professional videos and live streams.
5. Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
6. Experience in Project Management of large-scale AV implementations.
7. Proficient and experience with AV and VC systems (Crestron/Extron/Cisco/Bosch).
8. Up-to-date on new broadcasting, AV and VC technological developments.
9. Independent worker and a good team player who is comfortable in working in a fast-pace and dynamic environment.
10. Good writing and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
