(v) Cash Flow & Financial Planning:

Create portfolio-level cash flow forecasts, accounting for schedules, material purchases, and labour costs. (vi) Risk Identification & Mitigation:

The Regulatory Compliance Manager reports to the Project Director and shall be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the Sub-Contractor's discipline engineering professionals. • Develop Regulatory Permits & Consents Compliance Plan for the project including all active and passive statutory and Classification compliance requirements.
