This role is critical for ensuring the technical excellence of Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.’s services, maintaining client trust, and driving innovation in AV solutions.

Summary:

Under the supervision of General Manager, the Operations Manager oversees pest management operations. He is expected to manage multiple sites or projects concurrently as assigned. He is responsible for the overall planning, deployment and management of resources of the assigned projects. He is to ensure that a ll project deliverables and customers’ expectations are met and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan. Pest Management Operations

• Collaborate with the teams in the management of contracts/projects.
• Attend client briefings/meetings to establish expectations, KPIs, service level agreements and related work processes.
• Conduct detailed site assessments to determine actual scope of work onsite and associated risks and challenges.
• Plan the requirements for manpower, materials, tools and equipment as well as supervision for the site.
• Establish action plans to enhance the effectiveness of pest management operations.
• Plan work schedules of teams to ensure pest management work is carried out effectively.

Executive Pest Management Services

• Communicate roles & responsibilities and performance expectations to Supervisors in charge of the site/project.
• Review site operations to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
• Undertake site visits to resolve onsite challenges that may impact scope of work or achievement of service deliverables.
• Submission of Monthly reports before the due date.

Manage safety of Pest Management Services

• Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
• Assess the risks associated with pest management work on site and establish safety procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Manage teams and incidents

• Manage capability development of staff. Analyze and manage incidents and emergencies at work site. Manage and report work-related incident and emergency investigations.

Others

• Participate in tender interviews, customer’s meetings and/or marketing presentations to potential clients to showcase technical capability and experience.
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• To manage tender works including provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Assess tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Prepare presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Responsible for the technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Formulate, drive and implement marketing programs and campaigns, including social media and digital strategies, to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan and objectives

· Analyse and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the objectives, including impact on leads

· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
