Key Responsibilities

1) Chapter Exco Management

You bring

• Bachelors degree in marketing, sales or science. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B markets or B2C in the pharma industry.
• Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out for technical or highly specification driven products is key. Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation.
• Experience in planning, implementing and managing market development activities.
• Experience in regional pricing, commercial and tendering activities with large key accounts.

• Private Banker Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with private bankers at top financial institutions.
• Referral Generation: Secure referrals from private bankers to UHNW individuals and families who would benefit from our insurance and financial services offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with UHNW clients and manage relationships to provide a seamless experience from introduction through to solution delivery.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• At least 3 years experience in Insurance banking industry, doing wealth planning / sales / relationship management
• Proven experience selling within financial services or insurance industry, with UHNW clients.
• Established relationships with private bankers, wealth managers, and other financial professionals.
• Track record managing multi-million dollar portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products tailored to UHNW clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - with strong proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to independently drive business development & manage a sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in generating referrals and meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Current licensed Financial Adviser Representative able to advise on life policies & arrange contracts of life insurance
• Knowledge of the Singapore financial services market and UHNW needs.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, estate planning, and wealth protection strategies.
• Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
