Present in over 60 countries, our client is a multinational firm in the construction industry. They are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to focus on recruitment and talent management for the corporate employees.

About the job

This is a newly created role who will report to the Senior HR Manager. Supporting the Singapore office, you will:

• Oversee and focus on areas including talent acquisition, performance management, budget and workforce planning, talent management and HR policy
• Manage key stakeholders across various business units to drive HR strategies
• Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
• Support other HR initiatives and regional projects

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ of HR experience
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Initiative, independent and self-motivated
