Job Description: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Oversee both corporate and product branding strategies.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image in line with company values.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Communication and PR:
- Craft compelling stories for new products and concepts.
- Lead communication strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative digital strategies.
- Collaborate with the team on the E-commerce marketing project.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute events to promote products and engage with the target audience.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for successful event outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports and freelancers based in the Philippines.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) on strategic initiatives.
Design Oversight:
- Possess an eye for quality design; ensure marketing materials are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with designers to achieve high-quality and aesthetically pleasing outputs.
Ad Hoc Project Involvement:
- Collaborate with marketing partners to launch ad hoc marketing projects when required.
Travel Requirements:
- No traveling required initial unless existing marketing project is successfully launched.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding and communications.
- Proven success in managing small matrix teams and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for food and an understanding of the F&B industry is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
Remuneration:
- Salary range: $4.5K - $7.5K, depending on capabilities and experience.
